Peace!! (INTRO)

Peace to my Universal Fam!

I decided to add on to my blog cipher for my alikes who are in need of Vegan recipes or do the 1 on a healthier lifestyle.

I am a raw foodist, b.u.t. still like to prepare meals for my 7, young 7, and lil' Earth (and eat them too-they're delicious how could I not?)

So, here's a quick smoothie recipe to get you started.

The Seeds will enjoy this as it's sweet, thick and creamy.

Peanut Butter/Banana Smoothie

  • 2-3 cups almond Milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 large spoonful of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of raw sugar or sweetner of choice.

Blend.

For an extra boost, add 2 spoonfuls of raw flax seeds to the mixture (it will not effect the taste but yield great health benefits)
